Layer States! LO should have saved layer states that are saved with the page. On,Off, Locked. Scenes in SU do it why not LO. While I’m at it I love the new Trays in SU why not the same functionality in LO???
I’d love for LO to read the layers used in the linked SU model (-s), be able to manipulate the visibility thereof (if need be) and still have the layer functionality is has currently.
Read layers from su, toggle their visibility and style them.
Layout layers should also have fixed styles and everything you’d insert on them would assume that style.
Some kind of global style formatting instead of the per object formatting we have now that when we want to change a style globally we are doomed.
Of course current styling capabilities should continue to exist, but they would then be considered as overriding the global style.
