I am having trouble exporting. My “GO” account shows as active but every time I try to export a file it opens up a popup and tells me to upgrade to GO… what am I doing wrong?
You probably need to sign out of SketchUp and sign back in via connect.trimble.com and assign yourself to SketchUp Go.
BTW, please update your profile to show you’re using Go.
Followed the link you sent…shows me assigned as my one seat in GO. Logged out, purged cache, and still shows my Free and GO accounts as active and still won’t let me export without the upgrade popup window hindering my efforts
