Can't export after upgrading

Hello, I’ve upgraded to Sketchup Go in order to export my files as an .fbx but it is still telling me that I need to upgrade. I checked that my licenses are assigned to myself and I’m not sure what else to do, any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Are you sure you are signed in with the same email that you purchased the upgrade with? Try signing out and signing back in.

Check if that email address has ‘Product Access’ in the Member section (AMP: myaccount.trimble.com)
You can modify by clicking on the three dots in the last column.
Once this is done, switch to the ‘My Products’ section, click on ‘Included Apps’ on the Go product and launch the web application from there.
