I have a Sketchup Shop subscription. But I am not allowed to export any files, it says Upgrade. See image. What is the problem?
There was a recent change in the sign in system that is catching people out.
Sign out and back in and it should be fine.

Solved it. I had not added the subscription to my user. Sorry for the inconvenience.
