Sketchup Shop locked despite subscription

Hey there,
I just upgraded from free to shop to allow export as DXF. After clicking “launch” in the Shop license window in my account management I am still prompted to upgrade to Shop to export as DXF even though I’ve already paid for and received conformation of the upgrade. Anyone else have this issue or a solution? Thanks!

Try logging out and back in, that usually triggers aomething.

Make sure you’re signed in with your gmail account. That’s the one the subscription is assigned to.
