I have been using the free web version for many years and today I wanted to download a DXF file. That is only available for Pro subscription so I subscribed - fair enough.
After upgrading to Sketchup Shop Annual plan I should get access to Advance file export and import but I still get the Upgrade suggestion when I want to do an export.
What have I missed?
I am confused
My Plan settings on the account clearly state that I have the SketchUp Shop Annual plan, but under my products only the Sketchup Free is displayed
