Issues with trail version not letting me draw anything.
It looks like the tool is working based on the measurement section but I cant see it or select it once it is drawn?

Go to Window>Preference>OpenGL and untick Use Fast feedback. Does that work?

Since it worked, it’s evidence that your graphics drivers aren’t up to snuff. You can try upgrading the Intel drivers direct from the Intel site (Don’t trust Windows to tell you if they need to be updated) but be aware that integrated GPUs such as the one in your computer are not recommended. If you have the opportunity to upgrade your computer, look for one with a decent graphics card. Nvidia GTX graphics rank highly.
