When I print my layout (version 2024), whether from the source file or as a PDF export, part of the viewport image doesn’t display. The added dimensions print, but only a portion of the viewport window. I’ve tried everything, including starting with a blank file, but nothing works.
It would help if you share a LayOut file that has this issue.
Why don’t you update to SketchUp/LayOut 2026 and see if you have different results? There will be no changes to SketchUp/LayOut 2024 at this point in time.
Please put the correct information in your forum profile for operating system and graphics card model. Those details matter but when you answer with nonsense it just makes helping you more difficult.
It doesn’t change anything while updating to 2026. I put the information for the graphic card model and operating system

I can only share the PDF version. It is the same for the persons to whom I send it; so it is not a printer issue, nor a computer issueI guess it is something with the viewport
Upload it to DropBox and share the link.
Are you saying that the PDF shows everything correctly, but when you print it on paper, part of it isn’t there?

Are you still using SketchUp/LayOut 2023?
My team and I are encountering the same issues. Tried different printers but issue persists. We’re on SU 2025.

Profile updated. Thanks Dave. Should mention - when we export from LO to PDF, the preview PDF looks perfect. When printing, however , information is missing just like the other person who posted. So should I share the LO file or the PDF?

The LO file please. If it has client info or other sensitive stuff send it to me via a private message. I’ll export a PDF on my Windows machine to send back to see if you have a different result.
