Issue with licences

We have been having issues for more than a month now with the Pro licence not being recognised and not being able to work properly.

Endless and repetitive conversations with support have not helped and we are still in the position of having to use temporary licences (if they are so generous to give us).

Hss anyone had similar issues? It is really affecting our work.

Honestly, it seems absurd to me that such a large organisation cannot sort out such a fundamental issue.

Also, the incredible thing is that, rather than give us a free licence until they sort out THEIR problem, they think it is OK just prevent us from working.

Why is it so difficult to manage licenses? I have 3 computers (office/home/laptop) and so I have to deactiviate 1 in order to use another. But there is no easy way to manage this and there are no intuitive ways to manage tis. ANd then it gets into this loop that gets you nowhere.

MY PROBLEM

When I logged in successfully, it tells me that I have exceeded my licenses. SO I go to MY PRODUCTS/MANAGE DEVICES/DEAUTHORIZE ALL (only option that I was given). I return to login, sign out on my web browser and then sign in again. Same problem, EXCEEDED MY LICENSES, no option, just a circle that frustrates me. I had to cancel a client meeting because I could not access my files. The program works, but the admin sucks.

The last step after de deauthorize devices is to either close down SketchUp or actively sign out via the person icon in the welcome screen.

Logging out from the AMP in the browser doesn’t do anything with the app.
