Issue with licences

We have been having issues for more than a month now with the Pro licence not being recognised and not being able to work properly.

Endless and repetitive conversations with support have not helped and we are still in the position of having to use temporary licences (if they are so generous to give us).

Hss anyone had similar issues? It is really affecting our work.

Honestly, it seems absurd to me that such a large organisation cannot sort out such a fundamental issue.

Also, the incredible thing is that, rather than give us a free licence until they sort out THEIR problem, they think it is OK just prevent us from working.
