Hello beautiful humans,

Is there anyone willing to help me convert my files (please please please) i am useing the free online SketchUp and i am trying to export a design so that i can use it in vcarve cad/cam software. This is my first time doing this and i can’t afford the price of pro just to try it out. If someone could help this would be amazing.

Hi Mike, thank you so much for responding. Basically I have designed a spiral staircase in SketchUp free and it won’t let me export the file. For the cad/cam I think I need it in either dwg, dxf, or stl but I am not really sure as I am a complete novice. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Cheers Mike.

You can use a trial version of pro.

And by the license agreement you can’t use free for commercial work.

It is for personal use, as it is for my house, not for a business or commercial use.

I do know about the 30 day trial, I was just a bit hesitant to start the 30 day trial before I knew what I am doing.
