Is there any way to create a component which can scale certain items and repeat certain items.
For example if you scale the wall component it truly only repeats all its parts. Such as studs, baseboard, sheetrock, bricks etc…

Search in the 3D warehouse. You can set the filters for Dynamic or Live components only.

Look in the Components Sampler included with SketchUp. There are several examples there.
The Fence and the Framing Floor are examples.
