Is there any proper support from Trimble other than volunteer ? I keep getting BUG SPLAT but no one is doing anything about it VERY POOR
There is proper support for Pro customers.
ALL Bug Splat reports go into a database. The most numerous of “splat-types”/crash reasons get the most attention for the next maintenance release. (So send a report for each Bug Splat, please.)
did you add a contact email to your bugsplats?
also, what caused them, the ‘volunteers’ better known as the forum community may actually know of a solution…
If you’re referring to the crash you reported in this other thread, have you tried the solution that was posted in that thread?
Yes I tried all of those things still getting same problem where do I go from here please, Do you need to reinstall what? This is now beyond a joke
