I would like to save 4 different “UTC” times in the same model using scenes, Is this possible?
You can make four different scenes, each with a different time chosen in the Shadows panel.
Yes I do realize that you can adjust the time to create a different time of day/shadow line.
What I would like to do is get the same shadow line on all four elevation views. Without using multiple models in one file.
Do you know if there is a way to achieve this?
I’m not understanding exactly what you are asking for. You could change solar north between scenes and use the same time and date. You’d use the Solar North plugin from the Extension Warehouse for that.
You can use the solar north extension to mimic the shadows coming from the same direction for each elevation.
But that sun position will only get remembered if you disable scene transitions in the Model Info > Animation
Then create the scenes.
