Is it still possible to get a pro licence to use LayOut 2017?

I have a SketchUp model which I would like to save as a PDF to scale in multiple views, ideally on one page / in one document.

I’m only a hobbyist using SketchUp Make 2017, I’m struggling to do what I need on there and believe LayOut will be the best option, however, is it still possible to get a Pro license to use?

If not, does the new pro software support old files, and my requirement easy enough?

As I say I’m a hobbyist and haven’t used SketchUp for sometime, I’ve only ever used the 2017 version.

Thanks in advanced for anyone’s times.

Kind regards,
Ross

The latest version can read but not write old file versions. There is no way to get a license for 2017.

You could purchase a monthly Pro license for SketchUp 2024 and use LayOut 2024 for the month to do what you need.

Do you know if SketchUp 2024 supports 2017 files? Is 2024 Pro desktop applications? And would the process be the same; open SketchUp and then send the model to LayOut?

Sorry for all the questions, really appreciate your time.

yes off course.

indeed it is.

yep. or open layout and insert sketchup file. sketchup pro 24 is the natural evolution of sketchup pro 17. it works the same, the icons changed colour.

Amazing, thanks everyone for your help.

High chance I’ll be posting again after some assistance on how to use LayOut.
