I know I can view models on an iPhone, but there are times when I’m on a job site and I’d like to calculate angles with a quick sketch. Is it possible to run a fully functional version of SketchUp on an iPhone?
No it runs only on iPad.
You can try running SketchUp for Web in a browser. Depending on the horsepower of your phone, results may vary.

ps - I have an iPhone 12 Pro and it runs on that… after the “Whoa, Cowboy” warning.
