It is in public beta and nothing has been said about licensing or when it will be released.
That might be true, but it doesnât look good to push this over to SketchUp Studio rather than to just keep it in SketchUp Pro.
I have already voiced my concerns and let Trimble know that I would have never gotten involved with a Beta release test if they would have been transparent about who would be able to utilize the Revit importer from the beginning. Additionally, SketchUp Studio also appears to be PC only?
Seems discouraging and polarizing to a user base if the importer is only released through SketchUp Studio. I still hold the idea that interoperability begins at the level of the broadest base of users, not in a push to attain more expensive and exclusive subscriptions as levels of engagement.
Hope I am wrong!
This is all that has ever been said about licensing and the Revit importer:

Well when I am told by a SU Team member that I can do this , in open forum, when in fact I canât then Iâll answer, in open forum!
