Hello!
Is it normal that the review of my extension takes months? I uploaded an update of my extension “pCon.catalog for SketchUp” on 12/04/2024, got an e-mail a day later that my extension is in review and then the same e-mail on 12/12/2024. Since then I got nothing, no “Denied”- or “Approved”-mail.
Is there anything I can do on my side? Is there a contact I can write directly instead of posting it here on the forum (if there is any and if it’s the better way)?

You could try submitting a new draft. Usually you receive the Submission Received email within minutes. Then there is a wait. I noticed that the last extension I submitted (a day or two ago) did not generate the usual Submission Received email.
Maybe @corney can update you on your submission status?
I pinged @CraigTrickett for you, he is a developer advocate.
(However, I heard that it is spring break season for some staff…)

Typically we strive to get review carried out within a few days of them being submitted. That said, on occasion events come up (such as conferences, vacation, sickness) that may delay this.
