I have a SU Pro account. I downloaded SU for iPad through My Products page, but I’m only getting option of SU for iPad Viewer option - not the actual app.
How do I access the app? I have updated all software on the iPad Pro.

Install SketchUp from the Apple app store on your iPad, and sign in to your Trimble Account when you start it first.
Go to home and then on the topright click on the person icon.
Sign out and then back in, using the same email address that you use in your amp, where you got the My Products.
Check that page in a browser to see what email address that is on the left, it might be a private_relay address when used ‘hide my email’ option.
