Internal server error on the web app

Hello,
My Sefaira plugin for sketchup is working well, however, when I try to export the project to the web app, it says initially in the plugin that it has been done successfully but in the web app, once I give the project a name, it gives me a message saying “Sorry, something went wrong - This may be caused by your model or our systems.”.
I tried with a simple box and it gives me the same error.
When I try to look at any demo project on the web app, it is giving me an “internal server error” in a blank page.
Any idea what’s wrong? Can you please help?
Many thanks,
Sara

We got an error with missing Space Use type about that time. That’s a required field:

You should have some Space Use templates to pick from.
If you don’t have any you can open an existing project and save as to create one:

Thank you for your reply Dan! That makes sense! The Space Use is still missing on my end though and it is not letting me open any existing or demo projects. It gives me an error when I try - So I can’t get to the Space Use tab. Is the error fixed on your end?

Hi Sara,

I can now see some errors for your account when trying to get organisation settings from the Trimble servers.

I’ve escalated this to the team that manages those so hope we can get this resolved for you.

Hi Sara,

It looks like your Sefaira license has been allocated to your user in a different account to any that you are a member of. I’ll DM you the exact details as don’t want to share that info publicly.

https://help.sketchup.com/en/accounts-and-administration/axp-managing-members explains how to add users to an account, so you can get your account administrator to do that.
