I’m having a issue with Trimble Connect. The component Instance its not showing in TC.
In Sketchup there is a 10 digit code that our company uses, and its not showing up in the Properties panel.
The images bellow verify the problem that i’m having. Also attached the skp model for tests.

DC 's are having issues with instances. While they can be used internally (outliner/Layout/Generate report), they are not handled well in export. Check this thread:
