When i try to install 2017 or 2018 i get the same problem. About kb2999226. Even when i install as Admin.
It takes long time with this message.
What to do with it?
Is there any solution for it?

launch the setup routine of the update as well as of SketchUp itself by: “right-click > Run as Admin”
That update is only searching for updates on the computer.
I found later the solution for the install problem about kb2999226.
I have made an new folder on my computer and putting in that folder the downloaded file sketchup 2017 and unzip it whit 7zip.
After that i have install without the message about kb2999226.
