need help with inserting and understanding text parameters text

Well first of all the text “parameters” are changed in:
Window > ModelInfo > Text

Dimension “parameters” in:
Window > ModelInfo > Dimensions

The 3DTextTool has parameter settings in it’s popup dialog.
