What is the best way to explode imported large .ifc models without eating up huge amounts of ram? I’ve tried everything…
I changed the category of this thread to something more appropriate.
I don’t think there is an answer. Huge models need RAM. Perhaps entering into the IFC model and exploding its parts one by one might reduce the overhead. Because of their nature, IFC files when imported resolve into a large collection of unique components that is very cumbersome to work with.
Extension called Su4u Explode is useful for exploding all the unique groups within a larger group.
