I’m in Europe, apprently it’s allowed in EU to transfer licenses.

Hi @Ljungel, thanks for the post. While we no longer offer 2018 perpetual licenses for sale, maybe one of our users would be able to help you out if they are interested. Just be careful where you get the 2018 installer from as some people tamper with them to install malware.
It is not my intention to scare you or anything like that. If 2018 is needed for your workflow go right ahead and use it. Just be careful. I once got a rather nasty virus back in high school so I like to remind people with older versions of software to take the appropriate precautions so that they don’t end up losing their files like I did.
