I updated to 21.1 and I get a subscription server response is invalid error message

Support website is down, I am in canada and do not know if there is a phone number that i can call.

log out, quit SketchUp and start it up again.

I have done that and made it usable, but I can only work on one thing at a time.

Where you logged in in other versions? Repeat there but don’t start it up. Do you actually Quit the program, or just close the window?
Might be wise to shut the computer down, also.

I upgraded and the previous version was replaced. First time I restarted my computer and Sketchup started up fine. When I tried to open a second file the error came up again. Then I right clicked on the Sketchup icon in the tray and Quit from there. Again I can open one file then when i try to open a second one, even after I close out the previous window.

Normally, logging out and back in should do the trick. The logfiles should be updated with the correct information. Here’s one thing to try: Quit SketchUp. In the Finder, go to ‘Go’ and type ~/Library/Application Support/SketchUp/SketchUp 2021/
What timestamp does it have?
Delete the file login_session.dat

Then start SketchUp from the Application folder (not the icon in the dock)
