Hi guys, I thought you might like to see a few Virtual Construction models created in Sketchup with a plugin we made for my D&C business called PlusSpec.
To be clear, I did not design this project (it’s out of my league); it was Created By Adan Creative Designs in Sydney, Australia. I have started on structural detailing suggestions for the engineer, estimating, bid requests, and value engineering, but

it is still a work in progress.

This model is my work, it is for an associate to find errors in 2d plans created with Revit (there were many), value engineer, deliver a BOQ, and create purchase orders for supplier and sub contractors

I designed and built this house in North Western Sydney entirely in SketchUp. No other CAD products or estimation tools were used:
