I need help! Mac Operating system!

I really struggling to get my new sketch up Pro 2024 system to work with my operating system Sonoma 14.5. ever since i have made this change my life has become miserable. I’m using 1 year old IMac 24 inch
sketchup is working fine apart from the warehouse for some reason isn’t opening today, My colleague has the same CPU she hasn’t upgraded from Monterey 12.2.1 and seems to be fine. the main issue is Layout keep crashing and I need this to work I have spoken the the distributor here in Australia whom implied that i may need to change my new CPU over

Can someone help have a solution

the only thing i have change is the graphic setting in sketchup to 0 and classic graphic engine

Any advise welcome

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Can you verify you’re using the latest version of SU? There was a patch update released on May 14. You can check which version of SU you have by going to SketchUp/About SketchUp in the file menu.

Version 24.0.054,

This is the latest version: 24.0.554 Mac 64-bit. Are you able to update SketchUp now?

I have downloaded the latest version again and i still have a the same problem also
in Sketchup the warehouse isn’t working
