I’m a paid up subscriber, but Trimble says, “expired.” I may have been “forced” into a free trial because I couldn’t log in. When I double-clicked on the SKP icon just now, I got an invitation to start a trial instead of the usual SKP dashboard. Why would that happen if I paid for a year in January? Also, when I started Contact Us dialogues in two places on Trimble, info boxes become grayed-out after I put in my email address and so I could not submit anything to Trimble.
I wrote this today to Contact Technical Help:
SketchUp Subscription 5.2.26

Contact Technical Support:
The record says I have no subscriptions and that my license has expired. However, I paid for a year in January of this year, 2026.
It may be that I had an issue with logging in to all things SketchUp and forced the issue by signing up for a free trial. If so, when that expired, perhaps my paid subscription got washed away with it.
Note, yesterday on several attempts to reach Trimble, the contact us form grayed-out before completing the inquiry so that I could not send a message.
Note: Today, when working through your support paragraph, “Help! I’m not seeing a product…,” I did not see a “Clear Filters” link.
Thank you,
Sam Harrison
