I am new to sketchup. I have no prior experience with sketchup or any other design programs. I am at the 14 day mark, and getting help through support has not been easy. I am wanting to cancel this subscription but feel like I did not get a fair trial. Is there anyone that can give me advise and guide me? Is this program not easy for a beginner?

Both offer great tutorials and videos that should help with your questions. The courses are designed for beginners.
