I have just completed a storage building drawing in Sketchup 2021 that has several scenes. Unfortunately, when I try to send it to Layout 2021, it will not load. I click “Send to Layout” and it opens Layout but will not load an option for me to choose a template. Everything gets frozen at this point. I have tried other drawings and they load into layout just fine.
Can you share the .skp file so we can see what you’ve got and try sending it to LayOut?

Interesting. Not a huge file or anything complex about it. I set up a few scenes, saved it and sent it to LayOut. It displayed the saved view almost immediately.
Are you still using SU 21.0.339 as your profile indicates? If so, you should update to the latest or to SU2022.
Did you install SketchUp correctly which involves right clicking on the downloaded installer and selecting Run as administrator?
Can you open the attached LayOut file?

Do you have more than one monitor, the template window could be opening off screen.

My coffee hasn’t kicked in yet. Box makes an excellent point. Is the Welcome screen with the template options opening off screen perhaps?
Thanks! I opened the file you uploaded and it worked fine. Now everything is working okay. Not sure what I was doing wrong, but thanks for the help.

I’m not a fan of those unidentifiable fixes but as long as it’s working for you, that’s the main thing.
