Check if there is an update version of V-Ray available for you

Please help, my model doesn't show up in Vray render result, only the background is there

Update your V-ray, it’s a known problem with groups/component not rendering in older versions

You can also try to explode one of the chairs and then group it immediately and check if it appears in the rendering.
