Components missing from a vray render

Here is one I haven’t seen before, I have a building model and when I render it a big component is missing. Any ideas?
using new Vray and SU. TThe same thing happened yesterday before I installed the new versions. assuming its something I did in my model…

Exploded the component completely then it worked fine. weird, I have never had that happen before.
