I can’t save my work from SketchUp for schools in to my Google Drive. When I tried to save it, it kept saying “We’re having an issue reaching Google Drive. Please download a backup file. While you trying that, we’ll be working on the issue” But I don’t know what the issue is it. It was very annoying.
For clarification, are you using the actual web-based SketchUp for Schools?
Please clean up your forum profile. Listing every SketchUp version is not helpful. Only put in the version you are working in. If you are actually using SketchUp for Schools it is not a desktop version. 2025 Desktop does not identify the operating system. And please show the model of the graphics card in English.
Hi @swk1824, thanks for the post and sorry you are seeing an error message in SketchUp. Are you still seeing an error message in SketchUp for Schools? if so, can you take a screenshot of the developer mode console when you are seeing the error as I may be able to gather some additional information from that. Also, can you let me know if the error pops up after SketchUp has been open for less than an hour?
