I can't push pull

i’m almost new to sketchup.
maybe this is basic question but i try to push pull up but i couldn’t.
i attached skp file pls help me where is wrong.

Push/Pull only works on faces which your model doesn’t have. Trace one of the edges with the Line tool to get a face and then run Push/Pull.
