Can someone help it is very simple but i want to know why in the first photo i use push pull ± to create the next face but when i draw on the face it doesnt give the line or a new face it just push pull the existing face without diving it:

Okay but right now I am going to bed so hope its okay to send it tomorrow .I am using sketchup pro 2023 i don’t understand how when trying to create another face on the surface it just push pull like the second one you see here.

Yes But in this video of tutorial he doesn’t do that thats why i am confused .When i draw it on the face it doesnt create a face within the face.
In the video he drew a Rectangle, hence the R key he mentioned, on the outside of a group and then pulled that. It is a very different thing.

Your model is raw geometry, you need to group it for things not to stick together.
