What version are you actually using, sketchup for schools is for elementary schools and it’s a web based version. If you have a student license doesn’t mean you are using sketchup for schools, if I’m not wrong student license ma include sketchup studio without vray.
Also your operating system and graphics card information makes no sense, you should be using windows or macOS, specify what version of either are you using, and you gpu could be a discrete or integrated, if it’s a Mac you’re using, the gpu is apples silicon with different core counts, if you re using windows you could be using Intel or amd CPUs with integrated gpu or an nvidia or amd discrete gpu.
There are different ways to solve a problem but it takes a lot longer if you don’t put the correct information, there’s not the same to fix a windows problem than a Mac problem, not even an Intel Mac than a Apple silicon Mac.
