What version of SketchUp are you using? Your profile shows contradictory information. SketchUp for Schools is a web-based version for school children. 2026 Desktop is not SketchUp for Schools.
Are you using some antivirus?
Hi @JonavieVailoces , thanks for the post and sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with SketchUp. I just ran a quick test and was able to connect to the server just fine so if you are still seeing the issue, we may need to dig a bit deeper to find a solution.
Can you help me to solve this by grabbing a screenshot of the exact error message you are seeing with developer mode enabled and the console tab open? I may be able to get some information from that to help me solve this faster.
Also, can you let me know what domain you are using and what you are deploying the app with (Google or Microsoft)?
