I am looking for an extension that draw two lines from the center point and that two lines are centered automatically as dibac plugin.
Dibac plugin can only draw. It cannot apply on wall.

According to picture. I want to draw 4.5 inches exterior wall. Normally, I drawn 2 lines 2.25 inches from the center point. But I want to draw or mark 4.5 inches with one click.

Profile builder can do that, but there are others
Dibac can do that as well, but you have to adjust the width, and another modifier key to switch from center to outside.

Btw. these tasks might get done faster with just native tools…
It not that complicated.

Why stop at just 2? I wish you could divide a line, into X# of portions and simultaneously drag lines from all of the green dots. The process of drawing a line from the green dot (the line division point) to another line or object over and over many times is a waste of time.

That’s what Move/Copy-Array is for. No need to divide the line first.

here is an example for PB3:

• draw a line (eg.110mm long)
• click the + sign in the profilebuilder dialog
• select insertion point, start drawing…

Note: it actually creates a face, which could be colored and is wrapped inside a Group that you can assign a layer automatic, as well…
