I accidentally deleted an object in my sketchup project and saved a file. Can i somehow return it back? or where can i get the old version of my file
What was the object? If it was a component you can likely find it still in the In Model components collection and drag a new copy into the model space.
Did you close the file after saving? If not and if you hadn’t done too much after deleting the object you might be able to Undo back to before you deleted it.
Did you save an old version of the file? If so, you can look in the directory where you saved it.
Are you using Windows or Mac. Your profile doesn’t have the right answer to the operating system question. In any case you could look at the back file (.skb on Windows) and compare the time it was last saved. You might be lucky and find that it’s old enough to still have the object.
