How to recover a lost project?

Hi together,

I am new to SketchUp and using the free version for a personal project.

I have been working on a small model that I kept open for a couple of days in a browser. It has been saved all the time but now after a restart of my notebook the whole project is gone somehow.

Any ideas? I had another account using a different mail adress in the past, but also in this account the project is not visible at all.

Projects are saved to the account under which they were created. Invariably, when a user see their saved projects “disappear”. They are signed in under a different user name than the one that created the projects. Try every user name and password you can think of.
