I’m not able to move any models I have, I’ve searched up everything. And nothing; here is an example of what i see or what my options are:
Does anyone know how to move the model? If so, please let me know!

What do you mean by ‘move’ - like use the move tool and position objects? I don’t think that is available in the free iPad version - it is essentially a viewer. If you want to manipulate geometry you’ll have to use the free web version.
If you mean orbit around the object - then just drag with your finger, and pinch to zoom… much like any other app.
