Move the object

I need advice on how to select and move the entire object and not only faces or vertices

Select all connected geometry with a triple tap and use Group before moving.

So, as I understand, SUp accepts all objects initially only as faces, edges and vertices. Right?

Anything you draw in SketchUp is just plain geometry until you make a selection of multiple raw information and tell it to behave as a group. Groups stick together and not to whatever raw geometry has been left behind.

I highly recommend going to the SketchUp YouTube page and watching the square one series for iPad. It’s remarkably helpful and easy to digest.

There’s a slight learning curve that will be much easier to overcome with a few tutorials. :slightly_smiling_face:
