you could try with photomatch, if you model a bit of context, you might be able to attach it on the photo. but beware, this is a screenshot of a 3d model made from a panorama of photos, the perspective might be a little bit off.

That’s a complicated image to use with photomatch, I’d use that image as a water mark and play with the camera positioning until it fits, if the horizon line isn’t leveled you may need to orbit while holding Ctrl to unlock horizon leveling.
