How to link viewport title to viewport

I am trying to link the text in a scrapbook viewport title to the actual viewport but cannot find any information on how to do that.

When I bring in a view title from Scrapbook, the text inside the view title has brackets on either side, indicating that it is auto-text. Example

But I cannot find any way to connect that to the viewport.

Anyone have any suggestions or can direct me to a video or information online?

That text is a label with a transparent leader. If you select the label you can double click on the leader and then move its end point to snap to some geometry in the model for the viewport.

In my screen capture there’s also a label for the viewport scale which also has a transparent leader. It can be used if the Camera for the scene is set to Parallel Projection.
