Is there a way or a format to input the bearing information (N45º 38’ 38" 120’ West) directly into bottom right field to plot a lot diagram. I remember doing this once before but I don’t remember the format. Thanks.

Have you tried this extension ? 2DXY SiteSurvey tools by Barry Milliken Tools for drawing Site Surveys in SketchUp.

I converted the bearing to decimal degrees , use the protractor and of course you need a distance number also. Over short distance form lot plat accuracy good enough. Lot plats are planar by definition.
