How to include section symbols in diagrams, and how to name sections

Is there a way to include section symbols in diagrams, and to “name” or to associate a number or letter with sections. Note that I’m not using Layout; I’ just using Make 2016.

You could draw your own symbols as 2D components or you might search the 3D Warehouse to see if someone else has done it and shared their components.
