How to I import a jpg file into Sketch Up

Jpg file is saved on PC but not visible when trying to import into Sketch Up. File is from Digimap.

You would import images via File>Import. Is it possible you have the file type set to something other than .jpg?

You can just drag and drop.

Hi thanks for your replies. I’m working on my laptop using a remote desktop. I’ve selected jpg and tried drag and drop. Still not working.
When dragging and dropping I’m seeing a symbol like a no entry sign.

Remote Desktop isn’t supported by SketchUp. That may have something to do with it.

Remote connections aren’t supported so anything can happen.
