Keep crashing everytime export 2D format. Uninstall + reinstall but still with the same problem.
Do you know what you were trying to export, what number of edges, what file size?
Export to 2D Graphic
-edges 44,436
-faces 25,827
File size: 186MB
Thanks
A 186MB file with only 45000 edges? Are you sure you checked to show all edges (Show nested components)? Or are there really only so many edges, and the rest are very large textures?
i checked the statistics under model info.,
Entire model
Edges 44436
Faces 25827
component instances 1273
If that box is checked and there are only 45000 edges in a 186 MB file, then try with a with a new file and only one box in it to export it and see if you get the error again.
Thanks, i click the box~show nested components, and turn out it shows
-edges 17,322,144
-faces 9,145,318
-component instances 3,673
BTW, i try the other files, export the 2D graphic with no problems
That means something wrong with this particular file…anyway i can fix this?
You talk about crashes. Did SketchUp really crash? Did you send in the BugSplat reports with your e-mail?
Your model is truly enormous, larger than anything I have ever made. What is happening when you export? It is so big that it can easily take a whole day to export, and if it fails it m ight be because your cpmputer runs out of memory. Have you tried just letting it run?

i’ve got this message, but just no such folder can be found in my computer…
The Appdata folder is hidden. Open the Start menu. Type %appdata% and Enter.
Thanks, found the folder, and i followed the steps…however it still crash when i export to 2D graphic.
It must be the file itself i believe, how i can minimise the size may i ask. My layout plan actually is not big, i put items from 3D warehouse as usual, paint area with selected images, that’s all.
i normally download 3D warehouse item not directly to the file my in folder, then import from the selected folder. Or should i download the 3D warehouse items directly to sketchup file? Thanks.
