How to draw the attached bathtub

I downloaded the attached bathtub from 3D Warehouse.
I have 2 questions:
-Is there a reason why someone drew it 150’ long? I know I can always scale it down, but why uploaded that size?

  • Just for me to learn how to do it, can you please guide me on how to draw it?

Probably drew it large to avoid issues with small edges and forgot to scale it back down.
