I’m currently unable to download the excel file for the hourly data of the operative temperature criteria (keeps giving me an error) within the Sefaira web application. Is there another way to do so?

I checked the download feature and it seems to be working fine on my end. However, I suggest you try running the thermal comfort analysis again on the concept you’ve created and see if the download works after the analysis is complete. Let me know if this resolves the issue.
If that does not work then can you share the https link to your project with me?
